Join a growing law firm that promotes work/life balance and employee wellbeing. You will be supported to develop yourself whilst progressing your career, with ample opportunity to progress as the firm expands.

The Firm:

This highly regarded law firm has established itself as the 'go-to' law firm in the area and has a strong regional presence and client base. Their commitment to quality over quantity has given them a loyal and established client base, ensuring a steady stream of work and consistent YOY growth of over 15%.

The firm has exciting plans to build on this in the coming years, and you will join the firm at an exciting time as they look to build on their strong regional reputation nationally. You will play a pivotal role in key decisions that are made that affect culture, direction and growth, allowing you to make your mark on the firm.

Despite the speed at which they grow, the firm has retained its family feel, and you will find an inclusive, supportive culture that empowers individuals. This environment means their Lawyers feel trusted to do their job and therefore perform at a high level. It has also given them an unrivalled employee retention rate.

The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join the team in their Blackburn office.

The firm prioritises quality service over churning out files; this is not a conveyancing factory. They pride themselves on providing exceptional, personal service, which has given them an outstanding reputation, and they receive a steady stream of referrals as a result.

You will have close contact with clients and the ability to establish your reputation. This will give you scope to further your ability and value and allow you to take on more responsibility.

The firm has a very flexible culture, with homeworking commonplace for the past 5 years, and this will remain the case as we leave lockdown. They are also 'family friendly' and are happy for people to work flexibly around school runs and other personal commitments.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience
  • You can be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced fee earner
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Be an ambitious individual looking for an opportunity to progress your career

This is a standout opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a respected, growing law firm that offers a highly competitive remuneration package, strong progression prospects, and an unrivalled work/life balance.
