The Role

The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing practice based in Sevenoaks, Kent. office.

This practice has a particularly strong reputation in the private client space. They boast a HNW, affluent client base which they have been servicing for over 50 years. The caseload you will handle will be varied and will include the following:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Administration of estates
• Probate
• Court of protection (although there is a dedicated department to this)

In this role, you will be dealing with a mixed caseload ranging in size, complexity and net worth. You will be working alongside impressively knowledgeable solicitors who are both commercially minded and approachable- an ethos of which the firm are very proud.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Lawyer with 3 years PQE, however, there is no upper limit concerning the amount of PQE and I would encourage applicants of higher levels of experience to apply
• Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is advantageous
