This firm are a boutique employment practice specialising in discrimination matter, whistleblowing, misconduct and much more. They have been organically growing over the last few years and they specialise in HNW cases ranging from international organisations HNW individuals. You will be working within a boutique team of 5 fee-earners ranging from barristers, solicitors, experienced paralegals and more.
This practice is spearheaded by leading individuals, legal 500 ranked lawyers not only giving this firm fantastic strategic direction, but providing their juniors with robust and knowledgeable support. They have offices in both London and Surrey, but have also invested in the infrastructure to allow their fee-earners to work remotely.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer 2-5 years PQE to join a growing practice on a remote basis.
In this position you will be undertaking a predominately claimant caseload, working alongside the Managing Partner dealing with some of the firms existing clients whilst being encouraged to network further.
Example of caseload would include; discrimination, harassment, equal rights / pay and more. This position has arisen to due to growth of the firm's client base and their increased reputation in the regions / London. There will be a particular emphasis on equality-based employment work as this is core to the practice and their plans in the short, medium and long term.
