The firm has an impressive record of bringing in new business and are looking to expand and grow across their multiple offices across the South East and are keen to meet experienced Conveyancers anywhere from NQ up to Senior Solicitors.

You will be working alongside and learning from leading Residential Conveyancing Solicitors and Partners whilst they provide you with the tools to grow and develop your clientele.

The residential conveyancing team have extensive experience and have built up an impressive list of high-quality clients over the past 3 years. Clients are generated through referrals and recommendations as they have an envious name and reputation across London and the South East.

The role:

Your role will encompass the whole conveyancing lifecycle including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. You'll be joining a team of 9 Fee Earners with plenty of secretarial and Paralegal support.
You will be used to dealing with a conveyancing caseload whilst striving to exceed on targets and deliver first class service.
Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Conveyancer (either qualified of non-qualified, all experience levels considered from experienced fee earner, FCILEx, Solicitor NQ to Senior Solicitor)
• An ambitious and career minded individual
• Strong conveyancing technical knowledge
