The residential conveyancing team have extensive experience and have built up an impressive list of high-quality clients over the past 3 years. Clients are generated through referrals and recommendations as they have an envious name and reputation across London and the South East.
Your role will encompass the whole conveyancing lifecycle including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. You'll be joining a team of 9 Fee Earners with plenty of secretarial and Paralegal support.
You will be used to dealing with a conveyancing caseload whilst striving to exceed on targets and deliver first class service.
