The Role

• You will be joining a highly experienced team of lawyers who work with lenders, owner-occupiers, investors, and tenants on all aspects of commercial property. They also have expertise in Development, Investment, and asset management work.
• The work will be broad, making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development, and landlord and tenant. They are also interested to hear from those with exposure to or interest in residential lease extension and other enfranchisement work.
• The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the commercial real estate process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.
