The role

• You will take on a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment and regulatory matters for the federation members and representation in claims in the Employment Tribunal and civil courts.
• This role would suit someone with a firm footing in employment matters, or experience in-house, that's looking to explore claimant work in a really interesting and challenging sector.
• This is a high-quality practice that deals with a wide range of Employment cases dealing with large-scale employers and corporations as well as senior individuals across a wide breadth of high-value employment work.

Requirement

• Employment Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships and utilise a resolution-based approach
