In line with an upcoming partner retirement. This highly established firm are seeking a Family Solicitor of 5 years PQE to come into their Winchester office, inheriting a loyal, HNW client base from a partner who has been at the firm for 10 years.

The Firm

This firm was born in 2010 from a collaboration of two very senior and experienced solicitors that have come from some very well-known and highly regarded City firms.

Currently they are adapting and modernising their marketing and approach to fit the changing market. The Role

This is an extremely rare, succession-based opportunity for a Family Solicitor of 5 PQE.

In this role, you will join the team in line with the planned retirement of a Senior Partner. You will come in and inherit their client base. The partner has been at the firm for 10 years and the client base is highly established, with large growth potential making this opportunity incredibly rare and special.

You will head up their family offering that covers a broad range of complex family matters spanning HNW financial divorce settlements, pre-nuptial agreements, children act matters and more - all privately funded to be clear. A good amount of their work is referred from their connections that this firm's reputation has derived which provides their fee-earners with a really strong quality level of work.

Requirements:

• You will be a family solicitor and you will be 5 years PQE.
• You will be an enthusiastic individual with great leadership qualities.
• You will be able to manage a caseload, and a team effectively.
