The Role

This highly regarded regional firm is seeking a new Commercial Property Solicitor 5 PQE to join their Basingstoke, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly experienced team, many of the Lawyers within the department have come from top regional heavyweight and Central London practices. You find that there is a broad and very high-quality caseload; the work will include; Landlord & Tenant, Commercial Leases, Development, Acquisitions and disposals, and Investment.

You will work with a wide range of clients, from individuals, charities and small businesses. You will be encouraged to work closely with other departments within the firm, giving you exposure to a wider variety of work.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience (although if you are stronger in certain areas than others, I would still urge you to apply)
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and bonus structure
