The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Top 100 firm based in Southampton, Hampshire

This firm boast a very successful contentious team spanning their several offices. They have a very strong reputation for dealing with big ticket Contentious Property matters spanning both residential & commercial premises. This broadly includes dilapidations, boundary disputes, breach of leases and much more.

They are ranked highly in the L500 for their work in the Contentious Property space. They have a fantastic client base offering their fee-earners a broad diet of work.

In this role you will be managing your own caseload with support from the wider team.

The Requirements

• You will be 5 years PQE (although more junior candidates will be considered)
• High attention to deal, commercial awareness and legal acumen
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients
• Passion for what you do, welcoming ongoing career development opportunities and continuous accreditation and academics, being fully supported.
