The role:

This Top 50 firm is looking to further expand its flourishing team with the addition of a Restructuring & Insolvency NQ, including 2023 qualifiers, to be based in their Southampton office.

The team deals with the full range of distressed corporate restructurings and insolvency procedures - including administration, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and liquidation, through to supporting the team with Board advisory work.

In view of their international outreach, they have been winning cross-border mandates and often have leading roles in high-profile insolvencies making for a varied and interesting pipeline of work to tap into.

This role would suit a junior who has been able to gather some experience in the world of Restructuring and Insolvency, or perhaps someone who has done a seat or paralegal in a corporate or finance department and wants to further their career in this vibrant area of law.

The ideal candidate:

• Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor NQ, including 2023 qualifiers
• Knowledge of bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring law
