The Role

This leading Top 30 firm is seeking a Property Litigation Partner 8 years PQE to join their outstanding office in Southampton.

You will work closely within the commercial litigation department with a lot of cross-over between the real estate and corporate commercial teams.

The caseload will be interesting and complex consisting of adverse possession, boundary, easements, and right of way disputes, forfeiture, possession proceedings, tenant insolvency, dilapidation claims, and other claims for breach of covenant.

You will receive an outstanding support network which will give you a competitive edge in terms of gaining further exposure to high-quality work.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 8 years PQE
• Previous experience at a leading Legal 500 firm working at Partner level
• Have an established client-base
• You will be organized and have strong business development skills
• You will have excellent client care and communication skills
