The role:

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3-6 years PQE to progress within a highly successful dispute resolution team in Southampton.

You will play an important part in growing and developing the Real Estate Disputes team over time.

The disputes will consist of:

• contracts
• Shareholder and corporate disputes
• Injunctive relief
• Financial recoveries
• Warranty claims
• Fraud and professional negligence

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.

Requirements:

• Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3-6 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
• Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
