You will find that there are very strong referral sources, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters. Requirements

• You will Conveyancing Solicitor with 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
• You will ideally have a track record in business development, and you will be commercially minded, the latter more important
• You will have a strong technical knowledge of the Conveyancing practice.
