The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor or Associate to join their expanding team in Southampton.

This Real Estate department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to further develop this offering out of their regional office.

The team is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to develop in line with increased workflow. It is an experienced and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are outstanding.

They work with a wide variety of clients including national and international investors, developers, banks, and organisations. The work they do is also varied however; your caseload will depend on your own focus - this work includes:

• Landlord and Tenant work
• Sales and Acquisitions of property
• Property management (incl. Licences to assign)
• Property Finance
• And Residential development work

You will have solid experience from a highly regarded firm and ambitious to progress quickly within this expanding, industry leading team.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor or Associate with 2 PQE
• (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Willingness to get involved in business development & networking
