The Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Planning Partner to join a growing Top 100 firm based in Southampton, Hampshire.,

Real Estate is one of the core practice areas at this firm and within this, the Planning team is a crucial component. They are ranked tier 1 in the L500 and are highly accolated for the work on offer.

The Planning function within this team deals with a broad array of matters which include 106 agreements, real estate support, advising developers/landowners and much more. The planning department is well established and you will be working alongside several highly recommended individuals allowing you to grow and develop with a reputation L500 ranked department.

Infrastructure planning knowledge such as section 38 highways experience or utility planning experience is desirable not but not essential.
