The Employment Litigation team deal with a range of interesting and varied work across Employment Law including: HR Retainer issues, Employment contracts, tribunal claims, settlement and compromise agreements, contracts and policies, redundancy, disciplinary procedures and sick leave.
As part of the Employment Litigation team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Employment law with some cross referral work with Commercial, Insolvency and Business law.
