They are looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their Portsmouth office.

The role

You will join the busy Court of Protection department that specialises in all aspects of Mental Capacity Law. You will work on a varied caseload of Court of Protection of both a legal aid, and privately funded nature.

There is the opportunity for you to grow and develop the team further for those with a strong leadership skillset. The team is led by a industry leading lawyer giving you highly knowledgeable senior figure to learn from.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Court of Protection matters
• You will have experience and knowledge in Mental Capacity Law
• You will have experience of dealing with HNW individuals
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits
