The Role

This firm are looking for an ambitious, diligent and enthusiastic Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor 5 years PQE to join their growing team based in Southampton, Hampshire.

In this role you will be focussing on contentious trust and dispute matters including, but not be limited to; advising trust companies, acting on trustee disputes, estate disputes where there is the issue of capacity, court of protection, and asset freezing and much more.

This firm boast a prominent disputes team with many of their leading partners being ranked in the L500. Equally, their strong reputation in the non-contentious private client space creates a fantastic HNW source of referrals for their contentious counterparts.

Requirements:

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor and you will be 5 years PQE
• You will have worked at a leading regional firm and have a good foundation of knowledge in the Contentious Trust & Probate space
• You will be able to manage your own files with minimal supervision
