The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Contentious Construction Solicitor 1 year PQE to join the firm's offices in Southampton, with hybrid working in place.

The Legal 500 ranked Construction team advise on all stages of litigation across numerous jurisdictions for developers, funders, contractors & subcontractors.

To align with this, you will have a contentious caseload, including adjudication & adjudication enforcement, mediation, contractual disputes and other forms of dispute resolution procedures.

You will also have the opportunity to assist the senior lawyers on the more complex & high-value disputes, placing you years ahead of your PQE.
