The role

This national firm are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing practice based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

In this role you will be managing a varied caseload spanning a dynamic combination of sectors, including retail, leisure, office space and more.

• Sales & Acquisitions
• Development
• Landlord and tenant work
• Real estate finance

In this role you will be undertaking a mixed caseload varying in net worth and complexity. This is a hands-on role and you will be working alongside like-minded individuals growing and expanding the firms already strong presence in real estate.

Requirements

• You will be 5 years PQE (although more junior applicants may be considered)
• You will be able to run your own files comfortably, and enjoy business development
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and want to push a department to the next level
