The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Lawyer into their growing and long-established Southampton city centre office.

You will join an award-winning litigation team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

You will deal with a high quality of company commercial matters which includes; Contract disputes, Professional negligence claims, Debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, Company disputes, Insolvency and Cross-border litigation.

The broadness and variety of the caseload, will make for an interesting role. This role comes with good career prospects and career development.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, the team are busy and looking to make more than one hire)
• You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
