They have a strong International reach with several different desks in the firm catering for their HNW clientele. The international practice continues to grow year on year, with the firm very active in the City of London as well.

You will work side on side with rain makers, not only giving you excellent technical experience but equipping you with the skills to be a business generator.

The Role

This heavy hitting national firm are now looking for a Corporate Solicitor 3 PQE to join their beautiful Cheltenham office location.

You will work alongside several industry leading and renowned regional Corporate Partners who (between them) have an impressive bunch of clients who operate throughout the South West of England. This role also has excellent prospects for progression into Partnership and many of the employees in the Cheltenham area stay with the firm for most of their career.

You will work on a varied caseload of joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, debt financing, corporate advisory matters, and commercial contracts. You will also focus on the more complex side of commercially focused corporate law.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Associate 3 PQE from a reputable firm background
• You will be commercially minded, and a business focused individual
• You will ideally have a good knowledge of the Gloucestershire region, but this is not essential
• Candidates from Legal 200 backgrounds will be considered, although specialist boutique corporate candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
