The role:

Opening for a Senior Private Client Solicitor 7 years PQE or CILEX who is looking for a leadership role, based in Thornbury.

The work will be varied and very interesting including but not limited to wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and support for the elderly.

As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.

The ideal candidate:

• Private Client Solicitor 7 years PQE or CILEX
• Experience managing a team and assisting with the development of juniors
• Track record in business development and outstanding client car
