The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for a bright and motivated Paralegal to join this highly regarded department in Cheltenham.

The firm has a loyal and varied client base of rural land owning clients across the UK and beyond. The team has expertise in all issues affecting rural businesses and land owners, including acquisitions and disposals of land, farms and whole estates, land development agreements, including options, promotion agreements and overage, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, partnerships and business structures.

The firm are looking for someone who is bright, enthusiastic and affible with a postitive attitude - and wants to build their career in the rural legal sector.

An interest in and knowledge of farming and rural pursuits is helpful (but not essential) and guidance and training on agricultural work will be provided.

You:

  • You will ideally be a Paralegal with 1 years experience (minimum 6 months considered)
  • You will have the LPC qualification (deseriable but not essential)
  • You have excellent time management and communication skills
  • You will be a strong team player and IT savvy.
  • You will be motivated, proactive and able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • You will be someone that thrives on working hard and enjoys being in a busy department.
