The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 6 years PQE for their Real Estate Investments team in Chelmsford, Essex.

The role will see you joining an award-winning Property team, who act for some of the most prestigious real estate investors globally. You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team, and the caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Development, Investment and Acquisitions and Disposals. internationally.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will have experience business development and marketing
• You will be comfortable and confident in delegating work to junior fee-earners and the support team
• First-class communication skills are essential
• You should have good experience running your own caseload and a good billings history.
• Exceptional technical knowledge is essential.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
