The Role:

In line with organic growth, this firm seeks a Real Estate Development Solicitor to join their high-performing team in Chelmsford, Essex.

The collective national team acts for the UK's major housebuilders on complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements between developers, funding arrangements and more.

A broad diet of development work will be offered, focusing on high-value residential development and investment projects.

The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the development process. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.

You will demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, with the ability to think commercially and analytically to ensure advice is tailored to each individual client's needs.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor NQ-4 PQE with experience in commercial property law/residential development/plot sales (Higher PQE candidates are also considered for more Senior positions)
• You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, with the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
