The Role:

An opportunity for an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join a regional heavyweight, Legal 500 ranked firm.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Corporate Commercial matters. The firm are planning significant expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive, ambition and experience to lead the team alongside the other Partners.

The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters including: M&A, Partnership and Shareholder agreements, drafting and reviewing terms and conditions and Commercial contracts.

This team have a wealth of experience working with a variety of clients throughout Essex and East London. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. Requirements:

• You will have 2 years PQE
