The Role

This role would suit a Commercial Solicitor with experience in dealing with Intellectual Property matters. You will advise clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, You will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the department, with excellent career prospects on offer

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE, and applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will have experience in dealing with IP matters and a keen interest to specialise in this space
• You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team but also be comfortable working autonomously
• You will be meticulous in your organisation and prioritisation of workload
• You will have strong commercial acumen
• You will be entrepreneurial and confident in your ability to assist in the growth of the department
