The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team in Chelmsford, Essex.

The Real Estate department deals with an exceptional quality of work, normally only associated with that of a top London firm.

You will deal with high-value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner.

The caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Licenses to assign, Commercial leases, Acquisitions and disposals, and Development work.

You will work within a top-tier department, alongside a highly experienced team.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Excellent client care skills are essential
