The role

This is a stand-out opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join a bustling practice, enriched with talent and expertise, with a view to heading up the department in the short-medium term.

You will work directly with the head of department, advising and acting for the firms existing client base, on day-to-day employment and HR issues, whilst also meeting potential new clients and generating new business.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)

• You will be a team player, whilst equally able to act autonomously
• Someone who can hold and develop new relationships with introducers and clients
• Experience in business development and marketing is essential
