The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Essex, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Company Commercial team work on a variety of transactions and matters for small businesses, heavyweight companies and HNW individuals
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of corporate & commercial work, including commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder & partnership agreements, e-commerce, corporate finance and joint ventures
• As a junior solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the director within the department, giving you unrivalled exposure to the team's most complex & high-value matters
• Additionally, you will receive genuine investment & plenty of opportunities to further progress within the team towards senior level and beyond

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE
• Experience in Corporate and/or Commercial is essential
• Well-organised and proactive
