The Role

• Working with 4 litigation fee-earners and 4 administration case handlers, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the department's caseload including contentious and defended matters as well as handling your own contentious cases.
• This role will give you the opportunity to join a department that deals with high-quality work thanks to the reputation of the Residential property team.
• The role will include being able to advise on residential property matters with a focus on tenant and Landlord disputes.

Requirements

• Residential Property Litigation Solicitor, any level of qualification experience considered.
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Outstanding client care and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team
