The role

• The team has strong links with many of the leading accountancy, restructuring and management consultancy practices in the region.
• It is supported by paralegals and trainee solicitors, and is well-resourced with all major precedent, information and data management tools to enable a top-class service to be delivered to the firm's clients.
• Within this role you will be dealing with a mixed and high-quality caseload, including business contracts, shareholder agreements, IP licences, restructuring and demergers.

Requirements

• Commercial Solicitor with 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit)
• Meticulous eye for detail and highly organised
• Able to work independently and cohesively in a team
