The role

This established practice is seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to strengthen their offering based in Lewes.

In this position, you will be working alongside a team of leading partners who are ranked highly in the legal 500 for their corporate practice. Their client range includes local businesses, national clients and international blue-chip companies. They deal with mid-market size transactions and they are looking to recruit in line with growth.

This department deals with a varied and broad level of corporate work including:

• Corporate M&A
• Due Diligence
• Share purchase agreements

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor and you will be 2-5 years PQE
• You will be looking to join a commercially minded regional heavyweight firm
