The Role

The firm are currently seeking to hire a Litigation Paralegal into their bustling Brighton, Sussex office.

The Role
You will join a bustling litigation department providing paralegal support to an experienced Litigation Solicitor; ensuring that a high standard of client care is provided with an efficient approach to progressing matters in the department. The firm is keen to provide on the job training and allow time for learning and study as required.
You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with enquiries for the whole litigation department;
  • Preparing client care packs, performing anti-money laundering checks and setting up new files;
  • Attending and assisting in initial and subsequent client meetings, mediations and court hearings;
  • Taking client instructions;
  • Drafting a variety of letters and other relevant legal documents
  • Performing general administrative tasks
