Are you an experienced Licensed Conveyancer with an interest in taking that next step in your career working in a one-of-a-kind progressive workplace in Hull city centre?
This dynamic and growing law firm has an unmatched reputation in the Yorkshire area; currently, with ten offices across the UK, this practice has plans for future expansion on the horizon, making now an exciting time to join.
They have a solid reputation across both business and individual services. Their personal touch has created a unique and rare sense of client familiarity, which is hard to find in the modern legal world.
Many of the staff have been here for 15 years; this is down to many factors, including but not limited to their unrivalled benefits, an inclusive, supportive and modern-day working environment and their goals for the future, providing a brilliant opportunity for progression.
Compared to their major competitors, their environment would be described as small and friendly. However, they hold their own very well due to the inclusive and supportive environment; they thrive on progression, progressing many careers technically and assisting them in climbing up their respective career ladder whilst honing and improving their overall technical abilities as a conveyancer during the impressive number of years they have been in service.
Due to continued success and growth, this firm is looking to expand its Property team with a highly experienced and capable Conveyancer in their Hull city centre office.
As a conveyancer, you'll specialise in property law and work on behalf of clients, buying or selling houses, flats, business premises or land in England and Wales. You'll deal with all the legal matters, administration, finance and queries involved in a property transaction.
You will be working with a very respected senior partner within the business, helping develop and being provided with support where needed.
You will also be processing and agreeing mortgage and lease contracts, arranging transfers and handling other documents that sellers must sign when purchasing a property. You'll also advise clients on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications. You may act on behalf of the vendor or the purchaser, and in certain circumstances, for both in the same transaction.
A rare opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join this well-regarded firm based in their Hull city centre office.
