The Company are seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing practice out of their York office.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in freehold and leasehold transactions and work with minimum supervision. This role would suit a Conveyancer who can deal with technical details and express solutions to complex legal issues concisely and customer-friendly way.
You will be working closely with partners to drive business development and help create a strong Conveyancing brand for the firm.
You will also have the opportunity to assist more junior members of the team with their work, allowing you the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise and help mould the future Conveyancers of the firm.
You would hold a crucial and valued position in the team and act as a pivotal element to the continued growth of the Residential Property team and the firm.
You will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least two years of experience
Ability to work accurately by the requirements of each team.
You should be able to run a conveyancing caseload with limited or no supervision.
