This entrepreneurial practice are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor seeking Partnership, or a Partner seeking a lateral move, to join them in their Ipswich office as they continue to strengthen their foothold in the region.

The Role:

This is a stand-out opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE to join a bustling practice, enriched with talent and expertise, with a view to heading up the department in the short-medium term.

The role will see you leading a team of junior fee-earners, dealing with a broad and interesting caseload, including but not limited to; sales and purchases, landlord and tenant leases, SIPP purchases and leasebacks, and collective enfranchisement.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE.
• You will be confident in leading a team of junior fee-earners.
• You will have proven ability in developing new business and a history of strong billings.
• You will be confident in managing your own caseload of matters alongside senior responsibilities.
• You will be able to work autonomously, but also as part of a team on larger and more complex matters.
