The Role:

The Residential Property team are award-winning and deals with high-quality work. Now looking to bolster their offering in Cambridge by hiring an Associate Solicitor.

The work will involve managing complex, large-scale transactions for private clients, including but not limited to; freehold, leasehold, and funding projects.

This opportunity will suit an ambitious residential property solicitor with experience dealing with high-value private estates and who is accustomed to working in a demanding, fast-paced role.

You will develop key client relationships, both internal and external, conduct negotiations and adapt where necessary to demonstrate the adaptability to ensure the firm fits with the client's bespoke needs.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE
• You will have solid Real Estate experience at an established, regional or national law firm
• You will be ambitious and keen to contribute to and grow with the department
• You will be a strong communicator and comfortable in front of clients
