The Role:

This firm is seeking a Conveyancing & Private Client Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join their practice in Romford, Essex:

• To take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions of freehold, leasehold, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, new build properties and Limited Company transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer care skills
• To deal with other side solicitors, mortgage lenders, brokers, clients and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork and high performance
• In addition to the above, undertake ad hoc support with Private Client matters

You will work closely alongside a highly experienced Partner who is well-known in the local market. This Partner is looking to work side by side with an Associate and help develop your skillset and network.

You will be given full support from a paralegal and legal secretary from day one.

You will be:

• A Conveyancing Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
• Experienced in private client matters
• Able to work independently but also be a team player
• Able to develop client relationships and take over existing clients
