The Role

Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their growing East London outfit.

This practice has a significant presence within Commercial Litigation, as previously mentioned they are members of the LSLA, however, they have received the much-coveted Law Society Lexcel accreditation for the high standards of its legal practice.

The Commercial Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Debt recovery, Shareholder disputes, Contract disputes, breach of Contract claims, Civil fraud, Sales of goods, and the handling of more complex matters across the UK and internationally.

You will deal with a manageable caseload, and will also be asked to assist on complex and large matters alongside the senior management. The team is always provided with an experienced and support network.

• You will be a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate
