Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Company Commercial Solicitor 3-5 PQE to join their outstanding and progressive East London practice.

This practice deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to advising clients on buying and selling companies/businesses, Joint Ventures, Stock market listings (IPO's) and the handling of other more complex matters.

The senior members/directors have vast wealth and knowledge of all areas of law and use their experiences to help train and progress their staff, and the case load is always manageable, this firm are always realistic about how much a Solicitor can handle.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer 3-5 relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
