The Role

This regional heavyweight practice are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Solicitor / Senior Associate 4 PQE into their office in Exeter, Devon.

This department services a diverse range of clients, including local businesses, start-ups, national and international corporations. You will take on a range of corporate and commercial matters from this portfolio and be encouraged to build your own client base.

Types of work within this role will include: Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate finance and investments and commercial contracts working in synergy with other departments to cross refer work.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor / Senior Associate with 4 years PQE.
