The role:

In line with growth plans, this firm is looking for a Probate Solicitor 3 years PQE or CILEX who can contribute to the ongoing success of their Private Client department in Taunton.

This role will have a focus on probate work including the administration of estates, handling tax, trusts and elderly client matters as well as a range of other wider private client matters. Therefore, you must have a solid knowledge and understanding of probate law.

If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
