The role:

Opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor 1-2 years PQE or CILEX to join a high-quality practice in Exeter.

You will work on a variety of residential and commercial disputes including but not limited to co-ownership disputes, neighbour disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, harassment, boundary disputes), lease disputes, commercial rent recovery, enforcement of charges, possession and rectifying historic title issues.

As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.

This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced litigators who foster an inclusive working environment.

• Property Litigation Solicitor 1-2 years PQE or CILEX
