The role:

Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor 3 years PQE who is looking for a caseload focussed on tax, trusts and estates work, based in Torquay.

You will undertake an existing caseload of tax returns for trusts, estates, individuals and charities as well as advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax. You'll also work closely alongside the probate team with estate tax returns.

You will be servicing a client base of high-net-worth clients who have complex financial arrangements, business interests and international assets.

They are looking for an established individual who enjoys business development projects and wants to have an influence on the growth and direction of the department long term.

The ideal candidate:

• Private Client Solicitor 3 years PQE or CILEX with a focus on tax
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development and outstanding client care
