The role:

Opportunity for a dedicated Family Solicitor 2 years PQE or CILEX to join an established team based in Plymouth.

You will deal solely with a privately funded caseload that will include but not be limited to divorce and separation, financial matters on divorce, cohabitation, Children Act proceedings, nuptial agreements, and issues of domestic violence.

The team is known for its resolution-based approach in order to secure the very best outcome for their clients, therefore it's important that you share in this ethos and demonstrate strong advocacy and mediation skills.

The ideal candidate:

• Family Solicitor 2 years PQE or CILEX
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships and utilise a resolution-based approach
