The role:

Due to continued expansion, this practice is looking to welcome a Corporate Private Equity Associate 2 years PQE to bolster their Exeter team.

This hire will have a focus on private equity transactions, primarily for the buyer side, for a number of leading UK Private Equity houses and their portfolio companies.

The work will include bolt-on and buy-and-build M&A as part of PE-backed investment propositions, often with an international element to it.

They have a client base of repeat acquirers, whilst also looking to expand their portfolio which means there is lots of business development to get involved in and the chance to build your own name in this space.

The ideal candidate:

• Corporate Associate 2 years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
• Strong sense of commerciality and a demonstrable sector interest/focus
• Prior exposure to big-ticket M&A/private equity work
