This team undertakes the full range of corporate transactional work encompassing M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings.

This individual will be given a high level of exposure and a platform to continue building a practice focussing on the work you most enjoy, with the opportunity to work with PE houses, public companies and private organisations.
