They are seeking to hire a Company Commercial Partner into their growing team in Westminster, Central London.
You will work alongside their current partners in the Company Commercial department, working collaboratively to department to drive the business departments. You will be part of a commercially savvy, technically strong and dynamic team.
The work will be broad across a range of industry sectors, making for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not be limited to; contractual joint ventures, partnerships, companies and limited liability partnerships, converting from a partnership to a limited partnership, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, management buy ins and buy outs, business format franchising, securities and advances and loan and guarantee facilities.
There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.
